  Darwin airport is smaller than most in australia however its easy to get around and find what your looking for.Staff are very friendly.The airport is about 20 mins from darwin cbd so its not too far away.Great airport.

  Very small airport, I think it's because of the number of population in Darwin. Less food & store, I just saw starbucks. Helpful staffs. But I didn't find any information center, so it's a bit confusing

  This airport is so small that one really cares if you sit or lay down anywhere you feel comfortable. Just please in a manner way. Anyways this airport has an open till late small cafe, an intimidiating xray baggage check before getting to hungry jacks food chain as well as all the rest inside the gate waiting area.

  Even if you just want to go to hungry jacks you still have to pass through that security check. Man it is scary as hell.

  Considering that Darwin is the 15th largest city in Australia, I think it's airport is very decent considering its population size. Neat and clean with a couple of airline lounges, a few shops and plenty of bars and cafes. Red eye departures are tough because most the shops are closed but at least it is clean, with plenty of places to relax before your flight.
